The Gator Tray offers improved durability, heat retention and functionality with the traditional four compartment and an innovative five compartment layout. As well as offering two layouts, the Gator Tray is available with foam insulation and Tan or Brown finishes.

Made from a specially selected stain resistant co-polymer mix, the Cook's six compartment tray is constructed with durability in mind and has extra reinforcement channels built in to add strength and reduce breakage. A light texture to the tray minimizes wear and tear from daily use keeping up the appearance while lasting a long time.

Available in translucent polycarbonate or flexible co-polymer, there's a Cook's Tumbler that's just right for your correctional facility. We've sized them to be 'exact' capacity to assist you with portion control - and they are the only tumblers available with disposable lids to exactly maintain the portion during transport. All tumblers are textured to minimize the appearance of surface scratches that occur over time, with a smooth lip for comfortable drinking. We gave the this flatware an extra thick handle to reduce breaking that occurs within demanding correctional environments yet we've increased the radius of the handle edges for comfortable use. And while it's sturdy enough to stand up to the toughest inmate, the design is attractive enough for the staff dining room. Our new Spoodles offer the correctional kitchen something new in portion control - a 10 oz. and 12 oz. capacity, along with the 4 oz. 6 oz. and 8 oz. sizes. Made from a specially selected stain resistant and highly durable co-polymer mix these spoodles can be expected to last a long time and will withstand temperatures up to 190 degrees F. We've even designed in additional protection and functionality to the handle with the “Banger” bump at the base for strength and rigidity when users bang the spoodle against a tray or pan to empty out the contents.

Dead Man Box

Are you saving trays in case inmates get sick? Are your trays out of order, falling over or just a mess in the freezer? With Cook’s new Dead Man Box, you can stack and store up to 9 trays, with lids in a neat, organized manner. Simply pull the oldest tray from the bottom and place the new tray on top. Each tray will rotate out of the box every three days.

Can Opener Table

Built to last forever, this table features a top-of-the-line Edlund S-11, all stainless steel can opener permanently mounted in an all welded, 14 gauge stainless steel table. Can opener’s base plate is 1/2” stainless steel plate welded to the tabletop, near the end but not on the edge. This opener base can’t be broken like those clamped to countertop edges. Marine edges on tabletop keep liquids on table. Top & undershelf are reinforced for extra strength. 5” casters are standard.
