Product Development Specialist:
Responsible for providing administrative and project management to Chief Operating Officer/Chief Merchant in developing new product offerings. Serves as a primary point of contact to manufacturing facility for all new products including sketching product ideas and reviewing product spec drawings. Works with third party inspector to manage and ensure product specifications are accurate. This individual possesses strong project management skills, enjoys detail work and is fluent in writing and speaking Mandarin and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong project management skills; ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong attention to detail in working with large amounts of changing data.
Website Launch Specialist:
Responsible for collecting, sizing, formatting and organizing data for various website launches. Drive website launch process from start to test to launch. Interface daily with graphic designers and merchandising departments to develop home page promotions, cross and up sells along with freight tables. Formats and categorizes a large volume of data. Identify, assess, write and rewrite copy as needed. Extensive usage of Excel, internet software program (CV3), Google analytics, Google Adwords and comparison shopping engines. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
Web & IT Business Analyst:
Responsible for coordinating and executing internet IT and IT networking related activities. This position will work closely with all areas of the company with particular focus on the internet marketing, merchandising and creative activities. Incumbent will be directly responsible for projects that enhance and grow the company’s E-commerce business while working with the marketing and merchandising areas to build the brand, image and revenue generating opportunities on the internet. The position will grow into expanded IT related responsibilities including work on the company’s ERP system, coordinating efforts with the company’s contract service providers and managing business system implementations. Bachelor’s degree with 3-7 years of related experience in the internet IT function within a mid-sized distribution or direct marketing business. Experience with E-commerce internet design and development with a minimum of 2,000 products. Knowledge and hands-on experience with html, xml and .net technologies. Programming experience in Microsoft Dynamic Nav (formerly Microsoft Navision) a plus. Experience with and understanding of direct response marketing methods and concepts.
